How missed and weather-affected lessons are handled.
All players can attend an alternate lesson if they would rather not play in wet or cold weather. For example, if your child usually attends the Monday 4.30pm Orange class and the lesson goes ahead despite the weather, message Head Coach Danny and he will arrange an alternate lesson free of charge on another day that week — Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Danny will confirm which date your child can attend in lieu. You do not lose out because of poor weather. Subject to spaces being available.
We cannot give refunds for group lessons missed through illness or unavailability. However, if at least 72 hours’ notice is given, players may “double up” on lessons on request — so a child could attend an extra Thursday Mini Orange session alongside their usual Sunday Mini Orange lesson in the same week, provided there are spaces.
Adults in group lessons who give at least 72 hours’ notice of absence receive credit towards future group lessons, up to a maximum of two lessons per term. Contact Danny for more information.
